Norton Antivirus resolves false alarm on AB-ClockSince their virus definition update from July 8, 2006, Norton Antivirus reported a false positive, saying the goMsg.dll component, which is part of our AB-Clock product, would be a malware called Spyware.SniperSpy. The vendor Symantec was informed about the problem, has confirmed and resolved it with their latest virus signature update. Norton Antivirus users should update to the latest definitions, if not yet automatically done. |
